·         Global facilitates customers with a very simple refund policy.

·         The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.

·         The refund period / process starts when Global has processed your refund.

·         The refund amount covers the item price only.

Global facilitates the customers to avail brand warranty service during warranty period. If you face any issues with your product, please contact our customer service department via Live chat or phone call. Customer service will resolve your issues.

In case return claim rejected after review, the product will be shipped back to you.

We have an easy return policy. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please apply for a return request on Live chat or Phone call, website within 3 days from the delivery date.

Customers should select the correct return type to avoid return rejection/It is very important to select the return type correctly to reduce the failure of the return. If the customer doesn't select the exact type of return, then the return request might be failure. Kindly check below for a better understanding:


Valid reasons to return an item:

·         Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken / defective - dead on arrival)

·         Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website / incomplete - missing parts)

·         You no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package - eligible for selected products only where "Change of Mind Available" option is mentioned.


In order to return your product please note below mentioned conditions:

1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

After initiating a return request, product have to be Dropped-Off or Picked-Up. After Dropped-Off/ Picked-Up, it takes 4 days for the product to reach the warehouse. At the warehouse, it takes 2 days for a Quality Check of that particular returned product.

·         Faster you drop off your item, the faster we start processing it.

·         All days other than Friday, Saturday and Other Government holidays are counted as working days.

Customers have to ensure that the product they are planning on purchase has the option of installments available. They can check this by looking at the installment tab right beneath the product description on the Global website.

·         To purchase from Global on online (EMI) installment-

·         First, select ‘Buy Now’ to purchase the product

·         The product should be worth a minimum of TK 5,000/-

·         Select ‘Place Order’ 

·         Enter your card details & click on ‘Avail EMI’, choose EMI tenure.

·         You will receive a code on your registered phone number & email address

Note: After implementing your EMI plan it will take 7 working days to be activated and you will know by receiving an SMS from your bank after the process is completed.

·         Once a purchase is completed using EMI, it will take up to 7 working days for the installment to reflection your credit card statement.

When you make a purchase from Global, before proceeding to the payment page you can see all the details of your order and the amounts that will charge for the order. There are no hidden charges that you may see later added to your invoice. The total order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you and the amount will be mentioned on the invoice.

A collectible voucher is a free voucher that you collect & then use to get discounts. So, in case any of your order is returned or cancelled from your end, the voucher can be reissued if the voucher has the validity.

However, the good news is, you can always have a new collectible voucher from our website.

The refund voucher can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for the next purchase even if the value of the order is smaller than the voucher value.

The customer has to use the full voucher amount in one order at once.

You may be unable to use a collected voucher for any of the following reasons:
The validity of the voucher has been expired.
- You've already used a Global coupon or a Mining coupon, in this case, you won't be able to use another voucher because each order can only have one coupon.
- You don't have enough order value to match the minimum order amount; in such case, please add more items to use the voucher.
- You have entered a coupon code from Global- in that case, you will not be able to use a Mining coupon parallelly.

·         Select “My Orders” Press on the order number you want to cancel.

·         Under each item on the right, you can see a cancel button.

·         Press on the cancel button to cancel the item or order.

·         Fill in the cancellation request form:

-Select your cancellation reason.
-You can add a comment about why you want to cancel.
-Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy and click on the box
-Click on"Submit".



Note: An order with shipped status can’t be canceled from your end.
